Great entertainment and drinks in the Speakeasy!
I surprised my husband for his birthday and came here. I would definitely recommend staying in the carriage houses! Such a cool atmosphere!!! The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to accommodate. The rooms were very nice and quiet. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

I cant tell you how much my wife and I love being here at the mansion. Tyler, Renee and Daniel have always taken great care of us. We both look forward to this trip very year. The guests and staff are always so friendly, we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else. Joe Diamond was awesome this evening as well!!! We love the new updates and can't wait to see what there is on our next visit
After spending $850 on a room for two nights, $750+ on drinks at the Speakeasy and booked another 6 rooms on the property for our guests, you would think they would let you take a couple photos of you and your future husband on the property... or at least not come out yelling and ruin your wedding dress reveal. I was very disappointed on how their employee handled the situation and the attitude they had when they confronted us. They ruined one of the most important moments on my wedding day.
My husband and I love coming to the Maxwell to enjoy the historic building and excellent cocktails. Our favorite part was seeing Joe Diamond on Friday and we even came back on Saturday to see him again. The bartenders were amazing and love that they created a specialty cocktail for me based upon flavors I like.
I absolutely loved my stay here. The room was super cute and clean. The pool was nice and the mansion was a perfect location to walk to the downtown area. The staff was definitely the best part of my experience. Everyone was super nice, helpful and just caring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone interested. I wish I could remember the girl with the long dark brown hair at the front desk during the day time was the best. She seemed like family. This made our first time here definitely worth coming back!
