RecommendedWOW. Paul and his team were amazing. I purchased my 2017, F250 3 months ago from Maxwell Ford and then got rear ended a few weeks back. I didn’t want to take my vehicle to any collision repair place and took my truck to Maxwell Collision center to get it repaired. Paul was really great and the receptionist was amazing and so helpful! (I wish I remembered her name!) I loved the text updates, they made me feel so much better about my car being fixed!
Lucas was so attentive and helpful and everyone got back to me in a very short time. My car was done within 1 week and not only did they fix the bumper they detailed, washed and waxed my car not sure if that is normal procedure. They were so great at Maxwell ford and I definitely recommend them and will always use them in the future.
Body shop manager was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. The receptionist was a rude bitch. I'll likely come back if only because of the body shop. They seem like a reputable and honest business which is impossible to find in 2018.
Paul was great to work with and very communicative when dealing with my vehicle. I really appreciated the text updating me on my vehicles status.

Did a great job taking care of my truck and rental vehicle.
I got rear-ended back in September '15, needed an ENTIRELY new rear end (bumper, hatch, tail lights...the works) Paul & the team at Maxwell were FANTASTIC!!! I'd recommend Maxwell Collision to ANYONE who needs their vehicle repaired!!!
