5 Star Service I have taken my Ford Explorer into Maxwell on 2 separate occasions. The first time I took it in to the service department with transmission issues. I had already taken it to another Ford dealership 3 times and it still was not running right, so I did not have high expectations. I took my truck to Maxwell Ford and they did a fantastic job repairing it Paul Martinez took care of the claim and everything the lady behind the counter was so helpful if you have a problem with your vehicle take it there they will take care of you the lady took care of me she got me a rental vehicle had the rental company take care of me perfectly Paul took care of my truck which someone backed into the side of my truck it was painless was easy and it was fast. Absolutely amazing. my car was repaired and looked exactly like new. It was completed on exactly 1 week, as quoted. When walking the car at pick up, the account manager noticed something that didnt get fixed, and offered to repair it immediately. 10/10 would come back, but I hope I don't have to.
The service was prompt and my service writer Jackie was great. I recommend that maybe you should parts in hand and not have to order parts all the time. Tires etc
