Come stone faced and cold hearted. The moment they know you love the car, they take that and use it against you. Very sneaky and underhanded. Love the car, but the experience was subpar and rather than leaving simply happy, I left happy but very annoyed. Unpleasant buying experience
Ask for Eddie!! I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and he made the process so smooth. I didn't make it there until 730p, but he was swift with getting things done and had a great attitude. It was definitely worth driving from Houston TX to get the car I chose and I'm so excited!!
