This was the worse experience I have ever had here. Over an hour for our food and our guests pizzas was burned and the other cold. They did take those off their bill. I ordered the special which was a 29.95 steak and my sides came out cold. My bill for my son and I was $73 and NOTHING was taken off my order. Manager didn’t seem to care and waiter was more than a bit rude. Very disappointed in tonight’s experience.

Planned a surprise birthday event at Max’s. They went out of their way to accommodate and make the evening PERFECT!!! Recommend when Paducah dining. Ask for Christopher Scholl for server! And patio dining is AMAZING!!! Thank you for making my daughter’s surprise birthday dinner unforgettable!!!

We had dinner at Max’s and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. Thanks to everyone at Max’s for making tonight’s date night a great one!
