Been going there for 6 years never had bad service and food is good as always.
Good food and service Wine pour could have been better
The food was good. Although our witress was horrible. Let me start off by saying. She asked me for my ID then state your well over the age. Im only 33. Then she stated im hanging with a younger crew. Keep in mind its my family. Top it off I found a hair in my food i guess she assumed it was mine since my hair is black even though my hair was pulled back with gel. We have loved Max's since we have moved here a few years ago and was always the the restaurant we would pick when we went out. Lately they have changed the menu and we don't think it's as good. The changed the pizzas and our favorite thing was the spinach artichoke dip and they took that off the munu. So now we don't go as much. Also the last few times we have gone it took a long time to get our food but the servers have all been awesome and very friendly.

Excellent food, great atmosphere, and friendly servers.
We had reservations for 9 at 5:15, No problem. Our server Jacob was very nice. He brought drinks in a timely fashion. He did his best but I perceived he didn't have the support staff from the kitchen necessary for superior customer service. I ordered crab cakes which were delicious. However the "gold potatoes" were nearly raw, as they were for others at our table. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly, and the drinks are tasty! Highly recommended!
