Evidently you are not allowed to get sick & cancel the same day of your appointment. In fact, I was told I needed to call 24 hours in advance before I got sick! Can anyone predict when they're going to get sick? I was actually scolded by my PT to "Never do that again!" After considering the attitudes I experienced there because I didn't give them 24 hour notice of being sick, I decided not to return.
