It's truly difficult to find direct communication in the rental community. It has been my experience that I am able to reach out directly to Mike at Maxline Realty for anything. He's a phone call or text away. It is this type of service that I know I won't have anywhere else and finally skip the bureaucracy of an association with many employees and treating me as just any other unit.
Great little spot - nice location to get to the beach and to the highway. Tucked away enough where it was pretty quiet throughout the night. No issues with management or the building! lived there for 2 years

How was Maxline Realty?… I guess we’ll see… depends if they refund my full deposit after moving out on October 31. Stay tuned.
The maintenance Department always responds when needed and it does it in a timely manner that’s a plus to me. Mike is very respectful and responds to maintenance needs seriously.
