Best management company I've ever dealt with. They respond to maintenance requests the next day and follow up as well. I've been here for a little under a year and I just renewed for another. Fantastic customer service and online system makes it super easy. Love dealing with them.
Overall they are a very understanding management company, I had some personal issues earlier this year and they were able to give me extra time to make my rent payments without penalty when I explained my situation to them. My only complaint would be that sometimes our trash piles up and may look messy but as soon as I call in and make the complaint they usually have someone take care of it within the next day or two.
I loved living here! I stayed in one of their units by Temple while I was in school and they were fantastic. Any maintenance requests were answered quickly, and if I ever had a problem with anything they were super understanding!! I definitely recommend them.
Just this past Saturday night i was locked out of my unit, maintenance came out and opened my unit for me at 11 PM, great company and great management, Thank you not leaving me stranded and for working with me when i need some extra days for my rent payment.
