Good salesman and good people all around Christopher was my broker when I sold my house this year and he was extremely professional, courteous and responsive during the entire stressful event. Couldn't have been easier!!! I came to know Mr. Rodriguez through a family friend who highly recommended his services. Good thing I didn't hesitated. I never thought doing a short sale could be that easy hearing all those horror stories....He and his staff are very knowledgable, efficient, professional, and friendly. Outstanding!!! Chris and his team at Maximum Mortgage & Real Estate were outstanding!! We completed a short sale in Sept of 2010 and it was smooth and painless. Not something that's the norm.
