Worked 4 years for these guys. 2 years as a helper and 2 years as a supervisor/foreman. Today I gave my 2 weeks notice and was fired essentially. Their exact words were "you can leave today." Not to mention I have been the only employee for over a year and a half, the only help I received was the help of the bosses child, 3 days a week.
