Excellent service
Used maximum heating and air because they were a contracted vendor for a unit with a warranty. They replaced my coil under warranty at the end of summer 2023. No longer working and they claim it is not their responsibility. They maintain there is no warranty for their installation. The manufacturer of the coil maintains it still has warranty in place. Very poor customer service.
New to the area and googled HVAC companies. They were on the top list of people. I called them based on their reviews and also the google checkmark. Pat was able to get out next day to service and find out what was needed. Didn’t give us any pressure but told us what was needed to be done which was a whole new system in the end. The quote was very reasonable and we were able to get it done today the following week. The guys that came out to install our new system were professional and finished in a timely manner.
