I called Maximum Heating and Air, Inc. to fix a blower motor failure on my A/C Heater unit. I paid the $79 service fee for diagnosis of the problem and the serviceman promised to return to replace the motor. However, he never returned. My calls to Maximum A/C went unanswered. Eventually, I left several messages saying that if Maximum did not want to do the job that it should return my service fee since I had to pay a similar service fee to another serviceman (who did in fact install the motor).
