Honestly I left this place feeling like I got ripped off and lied to every second I was there. I now have a truck that I think I paid way too much for that has problems that i would rather fix myself because I know if I let them fix it I wont get it back for weeks. Rocky is awesome! Great sales man. Would've given 5 stars, but I feel they don't stand behind their vehicles. Rocky tried to get the situation handled, but his managers said no. Bought a 2005 Toyota 4runner. Received 1 broken key fob (buttons work, but key ring is broken off) it was originally taped to the dealer tag. Well in the craziness of the day we locked the fob in the car. But have the key on us. But wait the key doesn't work in the door. So we are locked out. If I could give negative stars I would. Buying was easy, having work done at the shop was a NIGHTMARE. WORST shop EVER. Dealership never sent DMV paperwork, lost all paperwork. 5 months later still no paperwork for work they did to truck. Took truck to Ford for warranty work (no way in hell would i ever take it back to thier shop) a week later i called warranty company to find out what was the hold up. Warranty company stated they were never paid by Maximum Auto. 5 months later and maximum just beat around the bush. Oh this... read more

The buying experience was great; the sales people don't work on commission so while they want to make a deal, they don't push you to a specific vehicle. They were very professional and friendly. Place was clean, and they have a great selection. Financing was straightforward and easy, no pressure.
