As always it was wonderful. The food, service, atmosphere was great. There were people in our group who had not been to Maximillian's and left saying they had a great time and the food was really good and they would come back for sure.
We have been going to Maximillian's for nearly 10 years now and our two most recent dining experiences were by far the best. Chef Margie has clearly stepped up their game and had made our dining experiences amazing. My wife and I went on a date night to celebrate our anniversary and then again most recently for my wife's birthday. The food was outstanding and we can't wait to go back again.
I've been wanting to write this review for two months. Maximillian's is excellent and this Asheville-based diner will be back there again. Diverse, appealing options on the menu and exquisitely prepared food. I can't say enough about the excellent service. I brought my Mother, who lives in Cary, there for her 86th birthday in September and the staff treated her like a queen! She wants to go back too! We will. Thank you.
