I wish I could give 0 stars. Unprofessional!!! On every level.
Found out our home nurse wasn't even doing her job properly. She wasn't flushing my sons G-tube, giving him his bowl-less feed or anything. She literally was just sitting and watching tv. I work a lot so I had no clue this was even happening until I got a call saying we no longer qualified for the nursing.
Cheyenne is outstanding!!! Zach is great too!! Everyone here is so nice and very helpful.
Our child was born with Spina bifida, gets catheterized multiple times a day and wears AFO’s. Nothing crazy. We’ve had good but mostly bad experiences for about the year we were receiving services from Maxim. The coordinators and schedulers are all very polite and professional, and the lady who answers calls during off hours is also very polite and professional.
