Wonderful My daughter receives services through CAP-MR/DD, our provider that we selected is Maxim. I have been very happy so far. Our Case manager we work with is so helpful to make sure that the staff that comes to our home to work with my daughter are a good fit for our family and providing the services they should - and to my satisfaction. We are very happy so far, and encourage anyone else needing home health care to contact Maxim.

At Your Own Risk Have never worked agency. Went in and told them I was looking to pick up more hours. I went to their office twice. Spent at least an hour each time filling in paperwork for them. Then I spent at least 5 hours doing their required "tests" on line (including pharmacology, med/surg, compliance, privacy, etc). Because I had never seen an acute care facility they wanted me to work at, I asked to go there.
