The staff in the office need training in communication skills, they are both unorganized and dispassionate. As far as the CNAs, while some of the caregivers are fantastic, others are irresponsible and uneducated. In our time with them, we have had several call outs and uncovered shifts and we have only been with them one month. Weekend coverage has been nearly non-existent. Excellent home healthcare for my premie daughter! Would have a nurse come once sometimes twice a week for 4 to 6 hours for respite care! Friendly nurses and Maxim truly cares for their patients and staff. Thank you Maxim for such excellent home health service! I highly recommend =)
