I have been working for Maxim Healthcare in Rockford for nine years. They are committed to their patients and staff and do whatever it takes to satisfy them whenever possible. It's great to work for an agency I can actually contact via phone, text or email and get a reply in a timely matter! The variety of assignments keeps it challenging. I have done home care, facilities, clinics and staffing. It's great to have an agency like this in our area.
As the former Rockford office Director of Clinical Services & Area Vice President, I am so proud of how far this office has come! I returned as a field nurse, after 2 years away. Because I believe in their mission & I love the Rockford office! Best homecare office EVER!

Every single one of their employees did nothing but complain about the way they handle their business. They only pay their CNAs 10 bucks an hour with no raises. They send people all over the place including Elizabeth Illinois with no mileage paid. One of their workers they had working an overnight shift got off at 6:30 in the morning and expect her to be here at my home to take care of me at 12 noon. I can tell she was tired and worn out.
