Maxim sucks. I needed home care for.my son and they told two different agencies they had nurses and that they would cover some hours. They lied because they had no one to cover. The people in the office tell you what you want to hear but it's all been talk they never come through. The 4.5 stars must be the office downstate cause Grand Rapids office sucks
I have been with maxim for a short time and they have been fabulous #! I cant say enough good things !# shout out to u all in gr !# Thank u sooooo much #!!
