What a awesome place with great staff! Everyone was so welcoming. Had a great meal and the desert was the best. If you haven’t given them a try do it now.

The gumbo was amazing, fried craw dad tails were awesome and Ithaca root beer to boot. They kept the blues playing on the speakers which really sets the mood, highly recommended.

I go to Maxie's for the Oysters. Of course the service is great too. Great beers on tap and the patrons are friendly.
Was at Maxie's in December while visiting my son, great service and great food!! Called last week to send a gift certificate to my son for his birthday, Karen was a pleasure to talk to on the phone and got the gift certificate mailed quickly!!! Thanks Maxie's for great all around service, hope to have dinner again when visiting NY. 😊
