Was on my own during my son’s IC orientation and stopped in to check it out. A very warm welcome from the bartenders and patrons. Made it just in time for [oyster] happy hour and had a very yummy margarita (rare for most bars!). It was a perfect spot for friendly conversation and delicious food.

RecommendedThe food was decent but there is no air conditioning which made it extremely unpleasant, especially on a 95 degree day.
Our waitress was very good. Was disappointed in the food. Sweet potato fries were greasy and soggy. Crabcakes were ok but nothing to write home about. For the money wish we had gone elsewhere.
My wife and I Celebrated our 15 Year Wedding Anniversary with Maxie's Supper Club and Oyster Bar. Johnathan was our waiter, he was Outstanding, and Super Knowledgeable of the menu, and was extremely positive and assisted us with everything we needed. I can not wait to return, so my wife and I can enjoy some Oysters. I did enjoy my Blackened Catfish and the Collard Greens were absolutely amazing, Everything was cooked to perfection. Delicious! The collard greens were perfection, the pulled pork tasted like heaven and the ginger cake dessert was divine. Havn’t had a crab cake that delicious in years. Can’t wait to go back!!!
