We specialize in Southern layer cakes.....true scratch recipes. We use fresh , local ingredients and offer a large selection of cake flavors each day. You can come in and purchase cakes by the slice, cupcakes right out of our case, frozen yogurt and ice cream.....or just sit in and relax with a cup of coffee. We can design custom cakes for showers, birthdays, weddings, anniversarys or celebrations. If you need a last minute cake for a get together, we have that too!

They are working like crazy people over this holiday season taking last minute orders when I am sure they have 10x what other bakery's receive! Visited for my second time and was blown away again. Can't go wrong with the banana pudding cake! Why order dessert at any restaurant when you can visit these folks. Staff was very friendly as well.

Usually I'm not a cake person I don't like sweet things that much, but since I knew this place I became addicted to all the products, especially the pumpkin bar and the carrot cake, the best.
I love Maxie B's. All of the cake and cupcake are delicious! My wedding cake from Maxie'b was the most beautiful cake in the world!! All of my guests love the cake too.Thank you Maxi'B and the stuff too!!
The best cakes around! The Strawberry Buttercream is amazing!! Worth the 40min. travel time. Ummmm, don't you want to open a second location in Winston-Salem?!
The best by far. Amazing environment and people. Love the fact that they make doggie cakes and treats as well. Our 2 fur babies are spoiled rotten. Everytime I'm there I definitely let the guilt go and do the happy dance.
Red Velvet, Banana Pudding Cake and The Cheesecake are all Awesome!!!! Totally enjoyed my experience..Would love to have a slice like, Now...
