We specialize in Southern layer cakes.....true scratch recipes. We use fresh , local ingredients and offer a large selection of cake flavors each day. You can come in and purchase cakes by the slice, cupcakes right out of our case, frozen yogurt and ice cream.....or just sit in and relax with a cup of coffee. We can design custom cakes for showers, birthdays, weddings, anniversarys or celebrations. If you need a last minute cake for a get together, we have that too!

I wish that this place never existed! I am obsessed. With no exaggeration, the best cake I’ve ever tasted!
My daughters and I stop by each time I am in the Greensboro area. I purchased the strawberry cake, it was delicious. Staff was very friendly. I absolutely love Maxie B’s💕
I went in with my baby girl for her birthday.. the cupcakes were delicious and the employees were nice, as always. They even give us candles when we come in for a birthday.. makes it so special!!
