Bought a foldable cane in Oct. The cord inside the cane snapped in February. Maxi aids simply invited me to buy more from them. Suggest finding a company with better quality product and customer service.
This company is unresponsive to customer needs. States information is in writing on a website, but cannot locate it even after reviewing the purchase five times to determine the return policies. I do not ever recommend this company for anything. Especially in dealing with medical needs for a loved one.in dealing with customer service, they could not even find my order. Then left me on hold for 10 minutes.
