Horrible, dishonest, customer service. Myself and another agency I consulted, assisted a patient of mine with getting a Ustep Walker through this company. They agency that paid almost $800 for the walker was told that the item would be shipped out in 10-14 business days. After a month of the patient not receiving the walker, I reached out to this agency to find out what happened and was informed that they needed the patients height and weight. Thieves after your money!! I placed an order online, and paid in full. The item was never shipped, no communication, and now I am fighting to get my money back. Stay away from this company as they are out to steal your money
Do NOT buy from this company, they told me to return to receive a full refund and then refused, and I had to call back again 3 time because they kept hanging up on me. Mary refused to talk to me, she is supposedly the manager. They are a rip off, and that is so sad knowing it is for disabled people. They also refused to tell me ceo information, very unfriendly and unprofessional service.

Horrible Quality/Bad Customer Service/Return Policy Sucks Received this phone after waiting four days only to have the hang up button on the phone sticking. When placing the receiver on the base, the hang up button on the base doesn't flex, therefore leaving the phone line busy. Do not order from this company, because there return policy sucks. Our company teaches visually impaired students culinary skills and we recently ordered 3 of the talking scales. Once we tried the scales, we found that they don't do down to the ounces needed for meal preparation and tried to return them. I called and told the representative our situation and was told we had to pay for return shipping. Nowhere on the website did we find anything that stated this and now we are stuck with $288.76 in scales that we can't use or ship them back at a cost of almost $50.00.

Bought a foldable cane in Oct. The cord inside the cane snapped in February. Maxi aids simply invited me to buy more from them. Suggest finding a company with better quality product and customer service.
