MAXAIR is the best A/C company in the area. Had a major problem with fan and electronic brain on my Trane home system, got 2 estimates for over $1500 and MAXAIR did it for less than a thousand and allowed me to make payments. Has now been over a year and no problems. Dennis and his wife are fantastic. CHUCK REYNOLDS

I want to say thank you to MaxAir and Dereck in particular. I originally called MaxAir when buying a house 2 years ago. Dereck was the technician who came out to inspect a non functioning HVAC system. I really felt that Dereck and MaxAir's primary motivation was helping me solve the problem I was up against, rather than up-sell a more expensive resolution. This company came out and did the job right the first time. The service guy showed up , introduce himself , out on his show covers and went to work. When he was finished he explained what he did and why it happened. I will always refer this company hands down the best around. Thank you MAXAIR.
I am super impressed with this company. They not only came out on a holiday weekend but they kept in contact as to when to expect the technician. I would highly recommend this company.
They have done multiple projects for my home and they always do good work.
