I made a offer on one of there ebay listings, I clearly, in writing included shipping in the offer, he then proceeded to send me bogus invoices for the inflated amount, 200 dollars over the buy it now price, (10 invoices in 4 days), he then filed a non paying bidder complaint on ebay. He wont stop contacting me demanding payment on the inflated amount, It has gotten to the point that I actually had to threaten them with calling the police and filing a harassment complaint.
