Did kitchen countertops and backsplash. Sink had dent and they didnt mention the new sinks are deeper in depth and no one sells sinks 7 anymore so we ended up unab;e to install garbages disposal as itd sit lower than drainage and they didnt offer resolution nor reasonable discount since we trying to order a sink the size we need and theirs came defective in first place. They delivered me slabs that were cracked, broken and damaged. The seams were awful and all the material does not match. The counters and backsplash are still not removed or replaced . They are just resting on my cabinets. I have no working sink no dishwasher and my Easter holiday was ruined I have tried to resolve this quietly and quickly but it seems my kindness was misinterpreted. I paid *** owner of Max Granite LLC $7,600.00 to build a custom kitchen for me, I asked for a agreement or contract in writing specifying measurements, design, material quality and a date when job was going be done, he started the job without my consent or written agreement but a QUOTE $6,000.00. Ms. ***** is telling everything but the truth. This case has already been tried before the court and the court ruled in Max Granite's favor. Ms. Lewis signed a contract to pay the discounted amount of $7600. When the job was completed, Ms. Lewis signed a certificate of completion and indicated that she wanted the door handles changed. This was not included in her contract, but we agreed to put the handles of her choice on the cabinets once she purchased them. I hired Max Granite to replace kitchen counter tops at a cost of $7,596.00. They removed ceramic tiles from the walls and removed the existing counter tops. While removing the tiles from the walls there was several huge holes where the sheet rock was pulled off with the tiles from the walls. The counter tops came in afterward the same granite was used to replace the tiles on the walls. We used Max Granite to renovate two bathrooms in our house. We were very pleased with the results. All of the workers who came to our house were very pleasant and we liked the way they always cleaned up before they left for the night. The sales people and office staff were professional and helpful. A few months after our renovation, we developed an issue with the marble which was our fault. We really appreciated that they came back and fixed it for us.
I had Max granite put granite on my bathroom vanity. Looks wonderful. I stepped into Max Granite store and was met by Charles who showed me piles of granite to pick from. Went back another time and decided which piece was for me.
