My yound Husband Died on Aug 18th. Max Shapiro was his primary care doctor and had seen him many times. This office made the process unimaginabley even more devastating than it needed to be. He was out on vacation and completly unreachable. Not one person in this office was able to pick up a phone and notify Max Shapiro that his young patient had died.
