They were polite and explain all the details and they have a Warranty.
Very thorough. I had a foreign visitor who was very impressed with the inspection. I am the seller. The buyer did not share the report with me, but the sale is proceeding. One tiny complaint, the lockbox code was shared with the buyer, without my knowledge.
Our inspector, vladimir was on time and did a thorough inspection. He addressed all concerns and gave us good advice. I would recommend Max Home Inspections to all of my friends and family.
Great company and Shad was great! We had the appointment for Saturday at 5:30 and he didn’t rush or skipped anything to get out! Very impressedwith the level of professionalism!
Shad was my inspector and he was awesome! I am buying new construction, so some people thought it was a waste for an inspection, but Shad found a few safety concerns, which I am now able to get fixed before closing! Ps.... the popcorn was delicious and I can’t wait for movie night!
Two amazing guys came to check property ... I am glad they are OCD because they found everything to be found
