Great service, Puntual & Professional
Honor your warranty!! They didn't disclose the mold that was found and then the warranty service stated my warranty expired 1/24/2020 but the mold was found on 1/2/2020. After getting an estimate from a mold remediation company, it was clear that the mold was there. However, the warranty company is hiding behind the fact that the inspection report stated it was "wet". There was NO explanation on what that meant. We relied on them and they didn't further explain. Very disappointing. I will not recommend them.
