Had an inspection last night and earlier in the week. What I love about Max is that they relay the information on the report to the buyers in such a way as to not cause a big fuss. They let the buyers know exactly what they found while at the same time, letting them know how common these issues are. They keep them calm. They are also very thorough. At my inspection last night, I had the seller comment that she wished she would have used them on her inspection.
