RecommendedI’m impressed with the company as a whole but I had a wonderful inspector, his name is Alexander, he was very professional, very thorough, honest, informative and polite. This was my first home buying experience and Alexander did a great job inspecting my home and informing me of his findings, he also made me feel very comfortable and gave great 👍 😊 advice. Not to mention the additional perks like the various discounts, the family movie and the popcorn 🍿 were the icing 🧁 on the cake. Alexander is highly recommended!

it is an irresponsible company. First they charge and promise a guarantee, then they do not finish the work, they do not return your money or fulfill the guarantee. they are scammers.
RecommendedI have used them several times as a Realtor and now for the purchase of my own home. I called and got an appointment within 48 hours. The inspector (Jaime) arrived on time, was totally professional and courteous throughout. I got my report, which was thorough and detailed and easy to read, about two and a half hours after Jaime finished the inspection. the price was fair and the phone agents were professional. You can't ask for more. A BIG thumbs up for this organization. I'll use them again professionally.
