Food was mediocre but the service was HORRENDOUS! Had to ask TWICE for Aida and tea refills Had to ask for our cookies which come with the dinners we ordered. Extremely disappointed
I love their baked potatoes! Everything else I've had is good too. I don't make it to the mall often, buy getting to eat here makes it worth it!
Everytime me and my wife goes they never want to sit us in dining area, always by the bar, just makes me feel that's where they offer blacks a seat, sad because I would spend more money their, other than that food is OK.
2 lunch visits both were not good. I ate at the bar. The first time the bartender/sever was not really concerned that I got the wrong food. The second visit the same bartender attempted to charge me for items that were included with my entree. Needless to say I won't be back. It appears the low ratings for this establishment are frequent and warranted.
On behalf of the St. Charles High School Class of 1966, I would like to extend my sincere thanks for the great food and service which we all enjoyed yesterday for our Class Christmas party. I have had nothing but positive feedback from everyone who attended, including Santa Claus, who took his lunch back to enjoy after he fed his reindeer. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate the season at your restaurant. A fabulous time was had by all. We will be back in the near future.
Horrific experience. Waited way to long to be seated when we were the only ones there. Had to get our own silverware and napkins from a different table. Food taste was not what it use to be. I guess we know why they are closing down. Will not be back.
