I always get great service here and Kevin and Alex love the warm freshly baked chocolate chip cookies!
We always have a good time and a great meal when we go here.
Very unhappy with my experience at Max and Ermas. We ordered hamburgers and they came out as a lump of greasy meat not compressed to fit the bun. Also the plates were chipped and cracked on 3 corners (where where the chipped pieces? Hopefully not in our food). Why would you serve food like this?? Many of the booth seats throughout the restaurant are torn. This restaurant would be a good candidate for a makeover and a deep cleaning.
I am very unhappy that they no longer have the chicken pot pie. I would go quite a bit because it was so good. The last time I went and found out, I decided to eat there since we were already there. My dinner was not so good, underseasoned, bland and generally boring.
