Bad service together with bad attitudes, glad they closed
We went tonight to the mid rivers location. Seeing as we had 4 kids in our group of 9adults what a bonus to see "kids eat free". It states on the childrens menu includes a side and a drink. When we received all of our checks we were charged for the kids drinks. I asked the waitress why we were charged. She said because the menu was incorrect and they were to cheap to change it, then proceeded to say even the kitchen doesnt have ac because they are that cheap. Can't beat their happy hour! Staff has always been excellent as well. I usually sit in the bar & get immediate service. A couple of occasions my food hasn't come out totally perfect, but that's expected with any restaurant.
I love their baked potatoes! Everything else I've had is good too. I don't make it to the mall often, buy getting to eat here makes it worth it!
On behalf of the St. Charles High School Class of 1966, I would like to extend my sincere thanks for the great food and service which we all enjoyed yesterday for our Class Christmas party. I have had nothing but positive feedback from everyone who attended, including Santa Claus, who took his lunch back to enjoy after he fed his reindeer. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate the season at your restaurant. A fabulous time was had by all. We will be back in the near future.
Onion rings, great style just the way I like. BUT oil was not real clean and not hot enough so they were very oily VERY oily,greasy. Then, there was shrimp in our onion rings. Lucky for them I"m not a child with a shellfish allergy! or I would own that place now. Our waitress was pleasant enough but the rest of the staff apparently was practising for a funeral. The nacho plate was horrible. Never again
The food was good, but the service tonight was horrendous!
It's usually hit or miss but most of the time it's ok usually hamburgers are good
