You can not get no one on the phone smh
I love this credit union, so much more than my previous bank!! My issue, the processing time for check deposits seems to be increasing!! I make a deposit one afternoon, and rather than processing it the next morning, it sits pending for two days!! Meanwhile, payments take no time and I’m being charged overdraft fees?! Now I have to make another deposit to compensate, but that’s not really helpful because it has to process too!!
Not able to get someone on the phone and the app has been down for over a week now
I have spent the last 25 mins trying to get someone on a phone. You LITERALLY press 7 (like your machine freaking TELLS YOU TO DO) to speak to a representative and they hang up on you. IS THIS A JOKE TO YOU GUYS? Update: They did apologize, and when i was able to get someone it was very pleasant and they did apologize. So i will say staff is 4 stars, IT & systems is a one took an hour for systems to start working.
I love Max Credit Union Troy. The Branch Manager is amazing! The Loan Officers are amazing! And the staff are all amazing! I love doing business with Max of Troy! They are always kind, honest, punctual and always ready to serve!
