You can not get no one on the phone smh
I love this credit union, so much more than my previous bank!! My issue, the processing time for check deposits seems to be increasing!! I make a deposit one afternoon, and rather than processing it the next morning, it sits pending for two days!! Meanwhile, payments take no time and I’m being charged overdraft fees?! Now I have to make another deposit to compensate, but that’s not really helpful because it has to process too!!
Not able to get someone on the phone and the app has been down for over a week now
