Everyone who works there are amazing! You call with an emergency and they call you back asap and get someone out to solve the problem.
They bait and switch you for the diagnostic visit. They told me it was $115 to come out and assess the problem. When I went to pay the serviceman, they told me $200. The $115 price is only if they can diagnosis the issue in 15 minutes or less which I thought was a scam bc they were not up front at all. Aside from that they fixed my furnace as needed in a timely manner.
Brendon was knowledgeable and very thorough and explained what was wrong with our furnace. He checked every aspect of the furnace, making sure all working properly. He said we have a CO problem and recommended a replacement after 25 year original furnace. Also recommended a CO detector which we purchased. Very good service from Brendon. He contacted Joe Woods, project manager, and he came to house in very timely fashion, giving us 2 options for new furnace package.
