Dave the hvac technician made an excellent and true diagnosis when he inspected my furnace.
I have had Max C. Smith and Company install a new water heater, furnace, and air conditioning unit including a humidifier.The work done was exceptional and the products are first class. I recently had one of their service employees come out to do a tune-up on everything (Austin). At the same time I had some type of water issue puddling out in front of the furnace. I've used Max C. Smith for my annual maintenance on my furnace for a few years now. Extremely happy with their service. Recently they installed a mini-split in my sunroom that has helped me convert into an office space.
