We had an emergency on July 3 where our air went out. Max Smith was at our home fixing the problem within 2 hours in 90 degree weather. Their response and service are second to none!
Timely, kept me informed, asked permission and kept it clean n neat. As always great job!!
The representative who came to my home was very professional and put on booties before entering the house. He was very informative about what needed to be done and helped get my central air back up and running on these VERY HOT days!! He was great! I will be reaching out to Max C. In the late winter of 2026, Max C. Smith installed a brand new complete, high efficiency Bryant HVAC sytem, including natural gas furnace, AC, whole house humidifier and air purifier. I am delighted with the results! Previous to the install, I had a 30 year old mid efficiecy NG furnace, no AC, air purifier or humidifier.
