Brendon was knowledgeable and very thorough and explained what was wrong with our furnace. He checked every aspect of the furnace, making sure all working properly. He said we have a CO problem and recommended a replacement after 25 year original furnace. Also recommended a CO detector which we purchased. Very good service from Brendon. We heard about the Max C Smith Co through a neighbor, when our furnace began showing signs of distress -- on a weekend, just as a huge snowfall began. Amazingly, the company managed to dispatch a technician to check on our unit within hours -- on a weekend!
