It was an excellent day volunteering at Three Bridges Run. The support has been immense from the organisers and it would be a great volunteering activity to begin with if one is new to volunteering. Let's have a think about Bouddi ..A jostle of runners on the beach under the big yellow arch, as the ocean heaved and dropped and the sun harvested her power...the excitement and trepidation built and then we were off !
