Dr. Mawri is absolutely wonderful. He goes above and beyond for his patients and truly cares about their well-being. Every visit, he takes the time to listen to all of my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure my son feels comfortable. His kindness and patience never go unnoticed, and it gives me so much peace of mind knowing my child is in such good hands. We are so grateful to have Dr. Mawri as our pediatrician, and I would highly recommend him to any parent looking for exceptional care.
Usually we have great, quick treatment here at Dr. Mawri’s office, but today has been entirely different. I don’t know which practitioner is on staff, but we have now waited almost an hour just to be seen. This is ridiculous. I schedule appts for my kids for a reason and I don’t have a choice due to his medical issue, it would be nice if they could try to keep a better schedule. I don’t show up late for appts, please don’t be an hour late to treat my child.
Billing and office communication is terrible. We are constantly told when my child is ill that the doctor is overbooked and that we need to go through the urgent care for my daughter to receive care. Then, we are billed urgent care costs even though my daughter is seen by her “primary doctor” anyway. My husband and I both have Blue Cross Shield through our employers and we still end up with a high balance.
