Avoid!!! I have been trying to settle a bill with them for 9 months. 9 months!! I've called all offices, talked to them in person at each office, sent numerous my chart messages. And still can't get it resolved. When I talk to them on the phone I'm told we have a $0 balance. When I office I'm told the insurance is still processing and to wait until it's done. Apparently their location changed and they didn't notify me. They could have told me when asking me to confirm my appointment. I went to the fenton office previously. My appointment was moved to this location without notice. My son has a lacey rash all over his face, neck, chest and back. The doctor didn't even ask to look at it. She simply gave him some prednisone and said it should be gone in a week. I asked what it might be. She said hard to say, could be environmental.
