Amazing service
I rarely leave reviews, but after this experience, I feel obligated to warn others about how unprofessional and irresponsible this business has been. I went to Mavis Tire & Repair in Troy, Alabama to replace two tires on my 2025 Kia K4. After inspecting my vehicle, they told me I actually needed four new tires instead of two. My fiancé and I agreed, especially because we were clearly told BEFORE any work was done that the total would include an alignment and balancing. The people here are EXTREMELY knowledgeable. There isn't anything they wont look at. They will gladly fill you in on any additional findings and concerns while servicing your vehicle. They are thourough and insightful. Thank you ladies and gentlemen of Mavis, for keeping me on the road when I need to be. Huge shoutout to Kara.
In town for an event and called about getting an oil change while I had a few hours in between activities. They were able to get me in and back on the road very quickly so I could make my next event.
