I went for a front end alignment, I waited a couple hours while they looked at the front end. They said some work needed to be done on front end before alignment, gave me an estimate, and I told them ok, order the needed parts, and let me know when you're ready to do the work. They said ok. I hadn't heard from them so I called today. The girl tells me she can't find my info and then says I need to go to a dealer to get the work done. The workers were able to accommodate my needs and aid me in fixing my tires. I was having such a bad day and their service was absolutely delightful to receive. It definitely brightened my horrible day.
