Had a great conversation with Neola, she was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. If she did not know the answer she found out for me. You do not get this type of customer service anymore these days. If you need help I recommend asking for her. I will continue to bring my business here as long as she is there.
We were coming from Oxford, MS to Atlanta, Georgia and our tire pressure in our left rear tire kept dropping. We had to stop three times to pump it up and I called Mavis from 20 miles outside of Birmingham and they said that they were open & to come on in on a Sunday. They found a nail in our tire and fixed it and didn’t charge us. They are the best!
Tom was excellent, fixed our burnt out headlight super quickly and at a great price. Polite and kind dude, would definitely recommend!
