Great service
Another shop messed up my tire balance, Troy got me in right away, without even having an appointment. They got me in and out faster than the other shop. Best part is they didn’t charge and covered it as warranty work so I wouldn’t be charged twice in the same day for something another shop messed up!
Was looking to get a tire patched and was told that my tire was un repairable okay that’s fine. I inquired about one tire since I’m getting a new vehicle soon the representative says sorry we have to sell you 2 tires that and an alignment will run you about 400$. The whole experience gave me a bad vibe so I walked out. Luckily I was able to make it to TRED CITY in North Tonawanda. They patched my tire for free.
I stopped and asked if they could check my tire pressure. The guy who did it was so friendly and was so helpful. We have gone to Mavis for many years and always get excellent service.
Fantastic service…
