Too bad I can't rate this company a zero because they certainly aren't deserving of even 1 star. My mom went in for an oil change and tire inspection because he tire pressure light was on. They told her that her tires were fine and that she did not need new tires which she thought was a relief, then charged her $300 for an oil change and to flush her engine! So I called yesterday and made an appointment for 8AM today. Upon arrival @ 745AM, I was told I had 2 people in front of me. I advised the guy that I had an appointment for this morning. I was told that if you drop your car off overnight you become first in front of everyone. Why have an appointment system if you don’t use it? ����
My tire was repaired on Thursday. This was a very simple repair and prior to my tire was holding air. After it being repaired (4 days later) I was stuck with a tire with NO air in it beside the road and Kauffman isn't willing to do anything to help! They said to get the car there and then they can work it in. ZERO AIR means ZERO DRIVING! I will NEVER use them again!
Went in and bought 4 new tires. Salesman tried to sell me a hazard plan. I refused the offer and he got pushy. I stopped him. Guy in the back broke my new hubcap and didn't let me know. Manager tried to push a front end alignment on me and my front end mechanic said I didn't need one. The guy that changed my tires used a valve that was obviously defective. Now I'm sitting in this store waiting and wasting time.
I do not go anywhere else. This place has customer service that is above and beyond other places in Albany. The wait is always worth it.
Came to get tire looked at for a leak and was immediately told 30mins before they closed mind u; that I would have to come back In the morning. No questions asked and bluntly. Didn't even ask in the back if they could possibly work me in. Will never come here again!!!
Love their customer service. Made us feel right at home. We Had to wait awhile but It was worth the wait will be back
