Find another place people the price isn't worth your inconveniences! I would not recommend this place because Maverick Place never want to take responsibility after their lack of efforts of keeping this place safe and convenient to their tenants. When I first moved in a couple of months ago I someone did a hit and run on my car while my car was parked overnight. Their response was that they only have camera on the entrance which doesn't make me feel safe especially when they claim to be a gated community 9 out of 10 times th... read more
RecommendedI've been living here for 3 years! They do specials all the time for discounted rates so the rates are super affordable. I love how the rooms come with their own bathrooms and huge closet. They also have alot of events with free food so we love that!

i do recommend for students to leave here it’s not that far from UTA i be moving there soon but if i need to give my lease at some point i get back on here and i also be able to pay for the transfer fees as well i may have to look for someone to take over i be paying let me know it’s a 2 bedroom you get your own bathroom
make sure the apartments are clean when are students move in. and when you send someone to clean it then make sure that they actually did clean it. my daughter moved in the air conditioner is not working properly very hot in there and the dishwasher is nasty and messed up so they're going to put in a work order. it says you're Above the Rest I hope you prove that you are
Warning to all parents and visitors. This place contracts a predatory towing company to patrol the lot at night and your car WILL be towed even if you are in the overflow lot in the back! There are not enough visitors spots, forcing you to park in a "non-visitor" spot, which by the way is NOT marked reserved or restricted.... And the tow truck waits for you to leave and will tow you with a few minutes of being parked. Stay away!!! It’s a scam! They will literally trick you into signing a lease. Do not listen to a word the leasing agents tell you. Tricked me and my roommate by telling us there was a 72 hour cancellation period for the lease. We call back in less than 24 hours to cancel and they apparently “have new management and we can no longer cancel”. Please take your money elsewhere, they do not deserve to be representing UTA

Looking for a lease take over for a 4 bed/4 bath only $588/month. A STEAL!!! The lease is from Aug 2018 to Jul 2019. Only 1 other roommate. First floor with balcony very accessible to the parking lot. Roommate is very nice, clean, and quiet. Unit has a full sized fridge, dishwasher, and washer and dryer. I have to move out due to family reasons and this would be an immense help!!!
