I constantly had to call to check on the progress of my boyfriend getting out. That I did not like they should call when progress is being made, they were professional and they did everything they could do to get him out, they failed to mention Collin county doesn't accept bond if I would've known that I would have got him out sooner. It is a process so as long as u understand that u know what to expect. Overall they were OK will use in the future but I hope I won't have to! Lol
i wasn't impressed with the handling of my case... i was told to drive to dallas (4 hrs away) and they could guarantee they would get my husband out of jail... not true. i waited to meet them at the jail after paying my fee, they said they needed more money, i got it. they finally told me at 4 pm they couldnt help me... why couldn't they have just told me from the very beginning instead of beating around the bush and dragging me along for 2 days... the one star is only because there isn't an option for ZERO

I called another bail bond company located across the street from the Garland Jail and the experience was not very pleasant. They were rude on the phone and what they told me somehow managed to change by the time I came to the office. I then saw a billboard for Maverick Bail Bonds and when I got home I pulled them up on the internet. Needless to say the experience was pretty cool.
