If you need to feel like a Queen, then Maven is for you! From the moment you walk in the door the customer service is second to none.
I went with a picture of what I wanted. Never once was I told the color was not achievable in 1 visit or i wouldn't have colored. Then on top of that I told her the length I wanted, my cut is way shorter, then she put 'layers' which made it even shorter. We never discussed doing layers and I really don't like what layers do to my hair. Needless to say I will not be back. Thankful hair grows back.

Going to Maven Salon is a deserved getaway for yourself. Very relaxed atmosphere & caring attitudes. Deana not only does my hairstyle she gets inside my head to picture exactly what I am looking for in a hairstyle. Then everyone is always ready to help with suggestions. Deana has been my stylist for over 10 years and my hair has never looked this good ! I highly recommend you see these girls !!!!!!
I went to Maven Salon for the first time yesterday and will definitely be going back. Katelyn did an incredible job. She took time to get to know my hair and what I wanted. She was super informative and knowledgable about her work. All of the staff was so kind and professional. By the time I left, I had beautiful hair and felt so relaxed and pampered. Definitely recommend!

Best salon on the planet. I have been going to Maven since the moment they opened and I no longer tell Mallory what I want. She just "knows". Lots of experience with ALL kinds of hair and styles. They are always looking to pursue more education so they can stay on top of the new colors and cuts. You can walk in looking like you were hit by a bus and walk out looking like a million bucks. Maven Salon is by far the BEST hair salon in Lynchburg to go to. Deana does an outstanding job and always makes me feel awesome. Never have been disappointed with anything. Everyone in the salon is such a pleasure to be around and makes you feel so welcomed.
