Amazing! Love my hair. The color and highlights are so natural and pretty and I've gotten so many compliments. Lindsey took the time to understand what I wanted and then took it a step further and went above expectations. I love that I have a new stylist I feel confident about!
I love this salon so much! Everyone is so kind and friendly with a relaxed atmosphere. I was nervous to get my hair cut for the first time in a few years and sitting in Meghan’s chair turned out to be the best thing to ever happen to my hair. I went to the Maven Salon in my hometown, Franklin,MA yesterday for the first time. The receptionist greeted me as soon as I entered the Salon. She quickly checked me in and offered me a variety of beverages and snacks. She was friendly, welcoming, and very hospitable. Lovely girl. My appointment was with Tiffani. She came out promptly, introduced herself and showed me to her chair. We had an in-depth discussion regarding what I hoped to achieve regarding the cut and color. I am so sorry that I have to update this, however, I had to make an appointment more than a month in advance, and, when I wasn’t feeling well, and the appointment for my haircut had slipped my mind – the receptionist had let me know that it was going to cost me $70 to be able to rebook. This is after a bad color which they did end up correcting, again, over a month afterwards. I’m actually very disappointed in my experience.
