I went to Maven Dental today. The whole experience was fantastic. Beautiful clinic, lovely reception staff and great dentist and assistant. I will be using them regularly now. This is what true business is about. Dentist took the time to explain processes with me and told me exactly what she was doing throughout the appointment
Previous visits to this dentists were fine. The receptionists are lovely. Tommy was thorough and professional but he’s left this practice now. I went back because I thought paying the premium would get me a better standard of care than the health campus dentist which botched work on my two top incisors and neglected to get informed consent from me before they went ahead with any work on these teeth. I went to this clinic yesterday and the experience was everything you could hope for when visiting the dentist...not my favourite pastime. They were welcoming, professional, caring and did an excellent job fixing my tooth. Highly recommended.
Dr Ash is very lovely and calming, took pictures and gave me insight on the work being done to my teeth which I thought was very cool. 10/10 I will be seeing her again :)
